All pest control treatments are performed by properly trained and licensed technicians using products approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the State of Florida.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and pest issues
- Allow reasonable access to the property for scheduled services
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
- Remove or secure pets, people, and personal items as instructed
- Disclose the presence of children, pets, allergies, medical conditions, or sensitive environments
Failure to meet these responsibilities may reduce service effectiveness or result in service delays or additional charges.
5. Pricing, Estimates & Payments
All prices and estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection or booking and are not guarantees. Additional charges may apply for:
- Severe or undisclosed infestations
- Structural or environmental conditions
- Additional treatments requested or required
Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
6. No Guarantee of Complete Pest Elimination
While we strive to provide effective pest control solutions, no pest control service can guarantee complete or permanent elimination of pests.
Results may vary due to factors including but not limited to:
- Florida’s climate and humidity
- Infestation severity
- Property conditions
- Neighboring properties
- Customer cooperation
7. Health, Safety & Environmental Considerations
All treatments are applied according to label instructions and state regulations. Customers agree to follow all safety guidelines provided before and after treatment.
Hulett Environmental Services is not responsible for adverse effects caused by failure to follow instructions or disclose relevant information.
8. Weather, Access & Service Delays
Service schedules may be affected by Florida weather conditions, including heavy rain, storms, or hurricanes. We reserve the right to reschedule services when weather or site conditions make treatment unsafe or ineffective.
9. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of booking or in your service agreement. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service fee.
Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion and based on services rendered.
10. Warranties & Service Limitations
Any service warranties or guarantees are limited to those expressly stated in a written service agreement. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Hulett Environmental Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hulett Environmental Services, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or failure to comply with service instructions.
